Hopefully you will love your new purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return merchandise purchased from Z by Zevarra by mail within 7 days from the date received for a full refund. Final Sale item orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Order By Shipping
Any Z byZevarra merchandise returned MUST BE in NEW, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED condition with all tags attached, accompanied by the packing slip from the original shipment, and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. ALL SALE, CLEARANCE, SPECIAL OCCASION, and CUSTOM items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. If the item has been worn or damaged we will contact you to make arrangements to have the item sent back to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of $14.95.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts. If your order was purchased through PayPal, the PayPal account will be credited for your return. If your order was purchased with a credit card your refund will be issued to the original card. If you no longer have the card, please Contact Us.
- We recommend you insure the package and obtain a method of tracking. Return shipping will not be refunded.
- You can also send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return postage label that can be used to ship package. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 10-15 business days from when we receive your package for your return to be processed. We'll email you to confirm that it's complete. You can also contact us at any time should you need further assistance.
- Print a copy of your invoice from My Account on ZbyZevarra.com.
- Fill out the form below to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once the form has been received and reviewed we will send out an email with the RMA number and the return shipping address.
- The shipping carrier you choose to return the merchandise (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as Z by Zevarra is not responsible for lost return packages.*
· Final sale items and gift cards may not be returned.
· We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order.
· Shipping and handling charges will not be REFUNDED.
